*     Your right to cancel – No-fault returns

At www.donnachaidh.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow consumers 7 working days to cancel an order.  Please write to us within 7 working days advising us of this via email manager@clandonna.wanadoo.co.uk or letter, quoting your order number or reference and return the goods no longer required or mistakenly ordered.  Goods may be returned for any reason for a full refund (on goods only) up to 7 days after receipt of the order. We can only accept goods back that are complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition.   Goods must be returned in the original box, complete with packing and accessories (if applicable) at the customer’s expense.  A refund for the goods will only be made to the card on which the order was taken.  For your own peace of mind we recommend using a form of delivery that requires a signature.  We do not accept responsibility for any third party charges incurred when issuing refunds.

*     Faulty Goods

The Clan Donnachaidh Shop will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or your money will be refunded if the item is no longer available.  Faulty items must be returned to us in their original undamaged packing within 14 days of receipt, and must be in perfect condition.  All returned items must be securely packaged and a certificate of posting must be obtained from the Post Office.
